Enjoy delicious biscuits from our cast iron biscuit pan. With this true seasoned pan you are able to bake 7 good sized biscuits at a time. Use your imagination to add more variety to your meals. This pan is ready to use right out of the box!
Try this great recipe for Garlic Cheddar Biscuits:
- 2 c flour - 2 T sugar - 4 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 c shortening - 1 egg - 2/3 c milk - shredded cheddar cheese
Cut shortening into dry ingredients. add cheese. Beat milk and egg. stir into dry ingredients just until moist. Drop by spoonful onto cast iron drop biscuit pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Remove fromoven and brush with parsley flakes. 1/4 c melted butter and garlic & onion powder. |
