How can I get my order faster? |

To get your order faster you e-mail us at info@incooking.com. We offer next day, second day or 3rd day air. Our customer service representatives can help find the price and times for delivery. |

How long will my order take to get here? |

Most orders will arrive in 7-10 working days if the item is in stock. Orders to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii will take longer. Where noted some products may take longer. |

What is your return policy? |

You may return any unused item within 30 days. You need to e-mail us at info@incooking.com for a return authorization number. You must ship it back to us prepaid freight either UPS or US mail. Upon receipt of product we will credit your card for the merchandise returned. |
